In a bizarre twist of events, almost 9,000 XY Falcons disappeared from local records ready to generate registration and insurance problems for current owners then legal action once sold.
Imagine you purchased a much-loved XY Falcon when new then took it off the road until you had the time and money to restore it. After spending tens of thousands on a top restoration, you were told it couldn’t be registered or insured as it doesn’t exist.
