1974 Holden HQ Panelvan

History

Bought from my apprentice on the spur of the moment, the original plan was to tidy it up and have a nice cruiser. Purchased with a 253 with an Aussie 4 speed & HX front clip and after 6yrs later when the snow ball stopped.
LS2 with 6L80 transmission, smoothed fire wall with under dash mount heater & AC, BW75 shortened diff with 4 link and accuair air ride suspension. Relocated and smoothed fuel filler, rear bar is from a HQ wagon which has been shortened and shaved, full leather interior, my favourite is the one piece grill that was CAD drawn and lazer cut and welded together.
The paint is a custom mix of candy purple on black base coat.

Modifications

LS 2, 6L80 trans (VE tunnel fitted), VR SS BW 75 shortened diff, 4 Link rear end, VT Disc break upgrade. Battery, compressors and air tanks mounted under floor.

Smoothed fire wall, Under dash mount AC/Heater, Classic Instrument gauges, glove box mounted head unit. Leather trim and full head lining. WB electric windows and mirrors.
