Geelong Revival Motoring Festival & Shannons Motorshow

The Shannons Motorshow at Geelong Revival Motoring Festival is back for 2023 with over 1000 vehicles on display along the Geelong Waterfront over two days, and registration is free!

Shannons is proud to be a major partner of Geelong Revival, to be held from 24 to 26 November 2023. We’re especially excited to present the Shannons Motorshow, which takes over the Geelong Waterfront area on Saturday and Sunday, and best of all, displaying your vehicle is free.

Of course, the Shannons Motorshow is far from the only thing to check out during the event. Over 300 vehicles will be competing in the Revival’s unique, curved quarter-mile sprint, and between the thrilling racing action, Australia’s best stunt performers will be carving up the quarter on two wheels or four, or occasionally none.

Motorcycle Mecca on Customs Lawn is the place for all things bike or trike, and like the Motorshow, it’s free to register. Riders don’t even have to pre-book, so if the weather’s looking good, you can make the call on the day to clad yourself in leather and come on down. Just be there before 10:00am on each display day.

For those with a retro bent without the petroleum addiction, the Revival hosts the National Vintage Fashion Awards at the Royal Geelong Yacht Club at 1:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. A celebration of the fashionistas of yesteryear, awards will be given in two categories: True Vintage and Reproduction.

Within the Shannons Motorshow is several categories for the more niche players in the automotive scene, with areas such as Electric Evolution, Vintage Vans, Big Wheels, Jag Hill and Supercar Alley. The Motorshow also plays host to 50 Years of Subaru in Australia and the Victorian Van Council’s State Titles, so if it’s rocking, definitely come knocking… to the Geelong Revival Motoring Festival this November.
