We get stuck into the engine rebuild, and some early fabrication work, but nothing ever goes to plan with bikes this old. The engine teardown reveals it’s not all good news, and a replacement engine is likely the next best option. Fabrication work on the front forks begins with a new brake calliper mount and a new bike calliper.
