Great achievement DrJohn, for a country with just over 10 million in those days to produce a million. GMH certainly let us know all about it with a huge 24 page supplement in the morning papers. They got most of their suppliers to take ads to help offset what must have been an expensive exercise. They also produced a special booklet commemorating the event, a paper weight and the Millionth graced the cover of their 1962 Annual Report.
