The chassis is mostly complete apart from the brake lines and a couple of small items. One of those was earthing the fuel tank, in particular the sender unit. As I painted the tank and straps it not longer connected to earth. My first job in ages. I made up a harness to connect the sender unit to the chassis. A quick check with my meter showed it to be successful so I should have a working fuel gauge when that time comes. My new 3D printer is on the way. The printed dash gauge housing is one step closer.
