Growing up, I was in love with the Lamborghini Countach, but being realistic, Japanes was much more affordable and practical. Of this period, I loved the quirky cars. AWD Daihatsu Mira XX, Mazda Autozam AZ-1 and Toyota Sera with unusual doors, Suzuki Cappucino which I was sad to find I was too big for, at a pretty average 5'9". I loved the Mazda 13B engine, but never got to have a S4/5 turbo RX7 :( But for the past 13.5 years, my wife and I have had a Toyota Sera - I'm amazed that a 25 year old car can still seem modern, when my 10 year old car in the early 90's seemed so poorly.
