Work on the fastback Mustang began in late 1962 and Jack Telnack was given the job of creating a "theme" for the car. The drawing is his first proposal. Later, in early 1963 more ideas were proposed, as seen in the B&W photo. I've applied some AI rendering software to the B&W drawings that give them a more 3D appearance. Just 4 years after he did the Mustang coupe artwork Jack was design boss of Ford Australia, at age 29.
