I reckon the Amphicar would have to be right up there in terms of the ultimate open-top driving experience. Sitting fairly deep in the water with limited freeboard, though, I'd only be interested in 'driving' an Amphicar on a very (VERY) still lake, but it's definitely a bucket-list item!
