Rather than trying to sell you a car for the family at Christmas, GMH and Ford Australia aimed at parts and accessories. Particularly appealing are the NASCO products in various price categories in 1955. I would have been a sucker getting dad an anti-glare mask for under a quid. All the kids could club in and buy mum a vanity mirror for under £2.... My family would have bought one of those interior picnic shelves for £3/19/- . Pity there are no curb twangers you always saw on FJs to help park the car. Nasco ads for 1953, '55, '56, '57 and '59 are all here, plus Ford for '55. Who could go past a NASCO Coolaride Cushion and Seat Pad?
