Great article and the S-Class certainly is the reserved quite type, it's not loud its not brash it just does everything you want it to and never falters. Ive had three of them and I'd rather drive 15 year old S-Class thank new anything else. my 89 420SEL still drives and presents as new despite the 420,000km on the clock. Every Merc I buy I end up keeping no matter how old because they just keep going.
