I wish I could say my first HQ experience was in a Monaro GTS like MarkO's Brock brochure image, but no, it was in this One Tonner with a box body on the back, breathless 202 with 3 on the tree and the dynamics of a goods train with aerodynamics to match. An absolute handful in Sydney peak-hour traffic, scary in the wet on truck tyres and uncomfortable to boot. Having said that, it was as reliable as all get-out and bullet-proof no matter which driver had been flogging it. I grew fond of it in the end, because of its indestructibility. Would absolutely love a GTS 4 Door - make mine red.
