One could be forgiven for thinking that it is an active conspiracy to gloss over or ignore the 1968 win by Bruce McPhee in his 327 Monaro. Monaros also filled second, third and fifth places in a convincing victory. The recent televising of the Bathurst 1000 was another example of the 1968 result being effectively ignored. But few would know better than Hasbeen who was part of the historic 1968 Monaro debut.
