It seems few people know about the VC Valiant V8's success at Bathurst. I remember talking to a Mopar enthusiast years ago who owned a very nice VC V8 and he was so surprised to discover that his much-loved model not only competed in the Bathurst 500 but also convincingly won its class. He was so chuffed to discover he was driving a Bathurst winner!
