Smackeyacky, it is a relief to have finished with most of the heavy, greasy dirty jobs. I have gone through hundreds of disposable gloves as dirty hands don't look good in my day job. The electrical side I find relatively easy. As a teenager I enjoyed tinkering with electronics. I have gone through the entire harness, cleaning, repairing and replacing any dodgy wires or connectors. There is still a little aesthetic tidying up to do on it. I converted the front end back to HQ from the (terribly done) WB conversion as at some stage a WB front was placed on the car. I have added to the harness for the extra gauges, door operated courtesy lights, glove box light, an ISO harness if I go for an aftermarket radio and modified the wiring for the later HEI ignition. The harness will need further additions as I have since found a good tacho, have bought a reversing camera displaying through a new interior rear vision mirror and I will install an alarm with remote central locking. I am now also thinking about wiring in a hazard light circuit, given that this is an old car. That is all except for the lovely Fiamm air horns that a relative gave me. I will need to make some additions for this.
