My brother and I have purchased cars at auction, but never listed any for sale by that medium. Three months ago we scored a one-owner 1992 Holden VP Commodore Executive sedan, via a GraysOnline auction ... here's a link to the car's auction listing : https://www.graysonline.com/lot/0001-7732673/motor-vehiclesmotor-cycles/1992-holden-vp-commodore-5-0lt-v8-5spd-manual-sedan It sold for just shy of $8,000, plus 5% buyers premium ... I had considered the car might achieve bids in excess of $12,000, so ended up really happy with our auction result, especially given that we purchased the car sight-unseen (but for the auction listing images). This VP Commodore is similarly a rare special order item, in effect an SS in Executive clothing, being optioned with 5.0 litre V8, 5-speed manual transmission, and IRS (independent rear suspension). I'd suggest that V8-engine manual transmission Commodore sedans will always be desirable, and whilst wagon variants are so much rarer, they aren't ever likely to garner the same broad level of buyer interest.
