My 1st 1500 Fairlady was rough but reliable and started a 30+ year relationship with these fantastic Datsun sports cars. I still have three 2000’s and they really are very civil on the road and quick on the track. The sound of the 44 Mikuni/Solex sidedraught’s is just pure music. Normally between 40-50 cars at the annual Nationals from around Australia with many now excellently restored. Really good Shannon’s tv program guys.
