Trying to unscramble the main reason for rejecting this particular creation I can only think that it could be seen as a traffic light challenge to like minded guys who also regard their cars as weapons. With regard to personalised plates it would be good advice not to draw the wrong kind of attention to your vehicle from anyone who could do it damage (envy) or land you in hot water with the law (street racing).
