I'm happy to be corrected but that looks like an Australian Ford P6 LTD to me. It also appears to be one of the limited edition Silver Monarch models (built to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977) with the silver paint and vinyl roof, red velour interior and all, as shown below.
