America's version of the 1954 Mercedes W196 Streamliner F1 car. Built for 2-time Indy winner Bill Vukovitch to go for 3-in-a-row in the 1955 Indy 500. The car wasn't ready in time, so Vukovitch drove a normal roadster, but had a fatal accident while leading the race.
