Lx355, the vj transits had what they call an ASM (auto semi manual) manual gearbox shifted automatically. stay away unless youre doing only highway miles. stop start driving kills em. the shift unit sits on the box from memory or just above, and its in tight spot to get into and remove. dont get me started on the brakes. im getting shivers down my back thinking about them
