Very nice looking ute, Madmuz. Lettuce Alone green? In between a fairly busy few days I took the 3 speed manual M15 gearbox off the old motor and cleaned it up. Beneath the years of grime was the red transmission. I bought gaskets today to fix the oil leaks but forgot the rear seal. That is another visit to Rarespares, which I don't mind as the staff there are good to me(especially after I took them for a lap in the Tesla). I was tempted to put a kit of new bearings and thrust washers through it but in my short drive, before laying the car up, it seemed fine so I am not going to mess with and potentially destroy it. I painted some white foam board with the different colours today. They are not works of art but in the light of day I will take some photos. I quite like Mustard, followed by Chrome Yellow, then March The 17th green and lastly Balmoral green.
