The original 1969 DBS has lived in Australia for most of it's life. The last owner I know of (20+ years ago) had it in the same workshop that I stored my cars at here in Melbourne. He had bought it directly after it was on show here at the Melbourne Motor Show promoting the movie and had it in storage for some 20 years. He finally started restoring it ground up in the 90's. I will never forget that we even found sand from the original movie in the chassis rails which we bottled up for keepsake.
