My first sighting of the Falcon was in Ansett Motors in Hamilton, Victoria and I remember being excited at how great it was to have something that was the same as they had in the States (even if the 1961 version was just around the corner in the US). I have a feeling that the Australian DeLuxe Falcon wore the full-length chrome strip along the side before the Americans did. Their 1961 model had it on both the top and bottom of the indentation.
