I bolted the first sheet metal onto the chassis, the radiator support panel. There was a mismatch in the size of the bushings compared to the holes in the panel. Eventually they went on. I will attach the radiator, leaving it empty, small items such as the headlight buckets and then the front bumper bar brackets. It will be easier installing these now rather than on a completed car. I was able to rid my garage floor of another big box. Those are all jobs in my garage. In the evening I can do smaller jobs such as refurbishing the flexible steering coupling. I bought a new one but was not happy with the fit. I bought a nolathane kit to use on my original coupling. Being red, it looks good too.
