One of the reasons I like the 1977 LeMans so much, because of its frequent appearances in Smokey and the Bandit as a police car (especially Buford T. Justice's car). The 1977 LeMans also makes frequent appearances in The Dukes of Hazzard, mostly driven by baddies. Even Rosco P. Coltrane has one as his own personal car.
