In the late 1950s, Many of us started playing around with Vintage Cars, and it was fun as there were so many still running around. We were always told Veteran cars were those built up to 1919, Vintage cars up to 1930, and Classic, the more important cars, up to 1940. I still believe this, and I believe this V12 custom bodied 1939 Packard is one of the last true Classics. To me a 1979 Commodore, or this funny little Chrysler Van will never be a classic, they will always be just another old car.
