I have to say, I agree with all this. 1955 was - as Dr Wright put it - an automotive reminiscence. That was also the year that the Austin Healey 100M - the ultimate of all the Healey 100s - was introduced. It was also the year that introduced one of the most definitive American cars during that decade, the Ford Thunderbird.
