Gee AAACV8 that sounds quite reasonable for a conversion! It might be a good option for some if motor and battery prices are affordable. Saw this Electric Tuk Tuk on a site, which would be a fun machine, but it doesn't look terribly stable with Centre of Gravity and the typical single front wheel. If ICE Cars were suddenly banned (unlikely I know) I would shamefully convert "little Red" to be a soundless rapid accelerating Mustang EV. Blasphemy ? Maybe.
