Bentley, I think we're talking about the Riley Two-Point-Six, which replaced the ill-fated Pathfinder in 1956. It was no more than a Wolseley 6/90 with a redesigned Riley grille grafted on to the Wolseley nose. There were substantial differences between the 6/90 and Pathfinder bodies, but the 2.6 and 6/90 Series III were virtually the same. 'Created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts' indeed. Problem was, there were never enough Riley enthusiasts for years to make the name viable.
