Engine bay painted VW GTi Reflex Silver and car lowered onto V6 engine/transmission and connected up to rear end. Commodore instrument cluster grafted into dash and all electronics wired into original looms. Aircon/heater unit from Mazda MX5 fitted into dash and connected to Torana defrost system. It is fitted with Series II VN Commodore V6 and Turbo 700 transmission, narrowed VK V8 rear axle, Commodore electronics and instrument cluster, electric windows, remote locking and security. Car has been painted VW GTi silver and riding on 17" 7 spoke mags. Car now driveable and off to paint shop for final 2 pack finish.
