My first car and what a cracker of a classic it was. Smooth and comfortable to drive, my '67 was a pretty good looker. Regrettably another driver ran a red light and put mine through a pole, but the rigidity of the shell showed what a strong little car they were. Like you, I lusted after a Bellet GT and thought the last of the sedans in 1968 with the horizontal rear lights was the most stylish. Thanks for the interesting read Mark.
