How do I choose the right image for my business listing?

Adding a relevant image to your listing will help increase your chance of being seen and clicked on by prospective customers. It also gives the customer an idea of what your business is about.

Make sure the image you use for your listing is one you own, or one you have taken yourself.

The best images are taken in daylight, do not have text or watermarks, and are sharp.

The image will look best if it is sized 400x 400 pixels.

General

Shannons will moderate all reviews marked as abuse, and content with obscene or inappropriate language will be automatically removed. However, the reviews are designed to be a transparent and honest representation of a customer's experience, and the levels of service. Reviews will not be removed simply for being negative.

We allow one response per review. If you have multiple business listing administrators, make sure you liaise with them to know who will be responding on the review.

Keep the response clear, factual and professional - don't get into the details on the page. We recommend following up with the customer offline if there is an issue to be resolved, and to respect the privacy of all involved.
