National Motoring Heritage Day

Shoalhaven Historic Vehicle Club is hosting the 2018 National Motoring Heritage Day which pays tribute to Australias Motoring Heritage.

The theme this year features pre-1940 vehicles, however everyone and all owners of Vintage, Historic and Classic vehicles of all years and marques, and vehicles of special interest are invited to come on Sunday, 20th May and enjoy the day with us.. The Day is open to clubs and individuals alike, entrants are asked to register their vehicles to be displayed. . The Gates will be open from 8.30 am and the Day will finish at 3.30 pm.

Refreshments will be available, with Gerringong Lions providing a sausage sizzle, and other vendors supplying food, coffee and soft drinks.

Awards will be presented at 12.30 for the Best Car, Best Bike, Best Restored, Best Original with Special Awards, plus Runner-Up and Merit Awards.Spaces fill fast so we recommend preregistration to guarantee a place on the oval.
Entry Fee is Payable at the Gate on the Day

On Saturday 19th, a Heritage Motoring Run is planned in the Shoalhaven area for visiting Car Clubs and SHVC Members finishing with an afternoon tea.
