The Monaro Nationals Show & Shine will be held at Brothers Toowoomba Rugby League Club on Saturday 1st October. This event will be open to the public from 9.00am.
The Monaro Club of Queensland will welcome all Monaro models to Monaro Nationals 2022, hosted in Toowoomba, Queensland from September 29 through to October 3.
Stunning examples of Holden’s iconic Muscle Car from across Australia will be on display at the Show & Shine - from original HK models, through to the final 4-Door HZ, and the very last VZ Monaro and HSV Coupés.
Monaro Nationals 2022 we will be a celebration of the Monaro Precision Driving Team.
The Precision Driving Team was founded in Queensland by Lloyd Robertson in 1969. Throughout the decade that followed this official factory backed team performed with a succession of HT, HG, HQ, HJ, HX and HZ Monaro models - almost exclusively accompanied by a full-throttle V8 soundtrack.
In addition, the Monaro Nationals will acknowledge the 50th anniversary of the HQ SS, a car that was the inspiration behind the first 4-Door Monaro, and the forefather to a long line of Holden SS vehicles.
