Regional open-air venue so we can have maximum numbers.
Car park nearby if we get there early enough.
There is a shelter & BBQ we will try and hold as well as some shady trees.
Some Members will also be bringing a portable Gazebo and portable BBQ’s just in case.
Arrive 10:30 for an early start.
Get there early to beat the crowds. We can start with a drink, coffee and catch-up before having lunch.
SHOPS are nearby if you need to get supplies close to the venue.
FOOD:
Due to just coming out of lockdowns and with Corona-safe protocols in mind we will not be ‘sharing’ a buffet this time around.
BYO BBQ food, salad and/or cut lunch.
BYO Dessert.
BYO condiments.
BYO serving & BBQ utensils.
BYO extra fold-up chairs or picnic blanket.
CLUB WILL SUPPLY:
DRINKS: Bottled water and soft drinks: Coke, Sugar-Free Coke, Lemonade, Lemon Squash, Fruit Juices etc.
Paper plates, plastic cutlery and serviettes.
Ice & some eskies.
BBQ oil.
Sanitiser.
