Sapphire City Motor Sports Club Inc is situated in Inverell, with
historic connections to motor sports in the region for over 40
years. Our objectives are to promote, foster and conduct motor
sport; to promote friendship and courtesy on the road and in
competition; and to plan and promote social activities.
We meet once a month at the Sporties, Inverell and plan a social
event at least once a month.
Our major event is the annual MotorMania, a motor vehicle display and
picnic day which draws vehicles from clubs in the surrounding regions
and interstate. Our club regularly provides financial support to a
number of local Inverell charities.
