About

The RCCQ (until recently, the Rover Owners' Association of Queensland) - locally known as "The Rover Club" - was founded in 1976 to promote the preservation of Rover vehicles and to provide a forum for the exchange of information and assistance among owners. Another important function of the club is to give Rover owners and their families regular opportunities to meet socially. Membership is available to anyone who would like to join, whatever car you own. Currently our membership stands at around 90 members throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.  Members' vehicles cover a wide range of Rover models, both conventional and four wheel drive as well as other British classics.. We publish a monthly newsletter, called the "Newsflash" and our magazine "The Queensland Rover" is issued quarterly.  There are members with expertise who are willing and able to assist you with advice or suggest where you might obtain help with your particular model. You will find that the monthly General Meeting provides an excellent opportunity to pick the brains of other members - someone is sure to have experienced any problem you have and can help you out. If you need assistance and are not able to get to meetings, please contact us - we want to help you. Our General Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (January excepted) at Brothers Grange Community Sports Club, Agincourt Street, Grange at 8.00pm.
