1960 Series 2 Hawk.
This is the 2nd owner being bought from a deceased estate in Bordertown some 40 years ago; but has been in the shed (Adelaide) for the last 35 years!!
The owner now a widow had the maiden name of Thrupp and advised having come from England, was a descendant of the Thrupp/Maberley from our Humber coach builders.
As can be seen form the photos, restoration is needed and too good for scrap. Only serious rust is that of the rear window. The engine turns over and has been run. All brakes of course are seized and in any case would need replacement.
The owner would like a good home rather than wrecking. Offers from $500.00 would be acceptable.
