It's interesting counting up your cars you have owned. I am around 26 starting with 3 x minis, 850, 1100 & MkII Coopers S (all before I was 17) Fiat 124 sport AC (written off), 59 Morris Minor, 124 sport CC, 74 Kombi, HQ station wagon, 62 Austin Healey Sprite (written off head on I was stationary) VC SLE 5Lt Commodore. Subaru 4x4 wagon, Cordia turbo, 82 Mercedes 280 ce coupe, 78 Toyota Crown and XY ute (paddock bashers, came with property I owned) 65 XP Falcon coupe V8 (still own 24yrs) EF falcon, AU Falcon, EF XR8 Falcon manual, Hyundai Teracan 4x4, 66 Mustang Fastback (still own) Mercedes 200 Kompressor, (gave it to son no2 and eventually sold to wreckers) Saab 9.2 turbo wagon (still own) E36 BMW 318i (Still own son no 3 drives) 2016 SS Commodore wagon (Still own) Mk5 Golf (still own for son no 4 to learn to drive). I am sure there are a few missing and several motor bikes in there too. All these cars have be part of my life and taken my places. My wife has been pretty fair with owning these cars and when I show an interest in another car and the question arises regarding if I really need another car my standard reply is " do you really need all these shoes you have" and that usually settles than.
