Great article Mark I have a June 77 928, about 164 off the assembly line, gradually restoring her, and she is a 5 speed. Also have an 87 S4 manual which is a rippa car and quite quick even by todays standards, in fact it was the fastest sports car in the world in 87 clocking over 171mph on the salt flats USA. They deserve their place in Porsche history. You captured that in your fine tribute.
