Man and Machine Issue 2

With Issue 1 being a runaway success it’s now time for Issue 2 to hit the stands.

What a ride it’s been, from concept to creation and now here we are already for Issue 2. Positive feedback from our readers, subscribers and even newsagents has been overwhelming. From the get-go, issues virtually flew off the shelves, with many outlets exhausting stock in the very first week.

Readers have enjoyed the overall quality of the magazine, the images, layout and most importantly the content. We’re not interested in filling pages with substandard content, every page must be a quality read, and this mindset has been a real winner. Our chosen theme of Australian and American Muscle Cars and Classics has also covered a very wide demographic.

Issue 2 is another cracker, featuring more great cars and stories. Starting with 1970 AAR ’Cuda for example, owned by a diehard Mopar fan from country Victoria. This particular model of Mopar muscle has a great story behind it, not too dissimilar to our homologated race specials built here in Australia during the same period, such as the GT-HO Falcon, XU1 Torana and our E38/49 Charger.

Veteran journalist Rob Luck tells the story of a Lina Mint green HQ GTS 350 coupe survivor that’s spent many years in hibernation and is another one of those epic ‘holy grail’ finds.

We’ve got a spectacular GT40 Gulf Racing replica too, where one man spent over 5000 hours building it from the ground up, armed with nothing more than a small two-car garage, some tools, an engineering degree and a ‘can-do’ mindset.

Added to the mix is Tim Spencer’s beautiful award-winning Pro Touring-themed ’69 Fastback Mustang, an incredible build combining old with new for the ultimate driver’s package.

Our Iconic Engines regular includes a real game changer, the Flathead Ford V8, and the list goes on - great variation, great cars and great stories.

Issue Two hits the newsstands in the second half of May and can be purchased at over 2150 newsagents across Australia.

Purchases can also be made online via www.manandmachinemagazine.com.au or for those of you that don’t want to miss out you can also subscribe.
