Wayne Middleton - his Shed, Cars, Bikes & Collectibles: Classic Restos - Series 41

By Shannons - Published on 24 July 2019

Meet Wayne Middleton, a plumber by trade who has put his skills to good use creating a unique shed. The home to his collection of five cars, four bikes and a museum-like collection of the tools of his trade and other collectibles.

Wayne is not just a collector but a restorer/rebuilder of cars and motorcycles, his 1956 Ford F100 Pickup is only one example. This project was a complete rebuild, with most of the work undertaken by Wayne, along with some able sidekicks for the painting and trim, But Wayne has done the hard yards. The 56 Pickup now sports a Mustang 302 Windsor engine and gearbox, Jaguar diff and front & rear end, power steering, wide wheels, RHD conversion and a special paint colour request by Wayne of Marilyn Monroe's lipstick.

Now for something completely different from the same shed a British classic, an Austin Healey 3000 acquired out of Canada that he has meticulously rebuilt, this time to original spec.

This shed is a special place that Wayne and his mates can enjoy together doing something they enjoy.
