Laggan Pub Classic Car Show: Classic Restos - Series 40

Fletch travels to the township of Laggan, 60Km NW of Goulburn in NSW for the 'Laggan Pub Classic Car Show', run in conjunction with the Crockwell Car Club. It's their 5th Annual Classic Car Show that has become extremely popular, drawing significant numbers of classic cars from far and wide. With entry by gold coin donation, all proceeds go to local charities.
The car show takes over the town with cars filling every available space, creating a great atmosphere, with a wide range of vehicles for Fletch to check out and speak with their adoring owners.
Aaron turns up with a high profile Summernats contender his 1985 WB Holden Ute, transformed from a daily drive ute to a spectacular show car. This car is superb inside and out and has a real WOW factor that caught the eye of many spectators.
Next is Brendan with the ever-popular 1966 XP Falcon Station Wagon, little has changed since he purchased it. Other than an upgrade from a V6 to a 289 V8 engine. It 's now the family cruiser and trips like this one to Laggan are always on the agenda.
Torana enthusiast Jan shows her latest a 1973 LJ Torana GTR XU-1 Replica, Jan tells how her first car was a Torana and then how she acquired this one many years later. Once a Holden fan, always a Holden fan.
A custom 1960 VW Kombi with a difference, Jed tells the tale of how he came across the Kombi that started out as an 11 window van that had been destroyed by a tree and looked for someone to help rebuild the car, for many it was beyond repair. But perseverance paid off when he found someone prepared to take on the task with him. From a broken vehicle they have a created a unique Kombi Crew Cab. 
Finally, Don with his nephew's 1964 Ford Fairlane 260 V8 2-speed (LHD) imported from LA in its earlier life and today is presented in absolutely original condition inside and out. At the time Don's nephew wanted the combination of white exterior and red interior, when he spotted this one, it was a done deal.
