This is too easy: the Jeep Grand Cherokee I owned until late last year. Apart from regular recalls (I renamed the car the Grand Recallee) there were quality issues right from new with missing rubber grommets in the front right door. Here's another example: rusted roof rack screws after 4 years. It took 4 months of back and forth emails and phone calls to convince Jeep to change them free of cost. And another: the air conditioning condenser split after 5 years. Had to pay half the cost to get that fixed.
