This one is a spoof used car advert as part of a 1960s Disney short film called "Dad , can I borrow the car?" It starred a very young Kurt Russell. This is the "Speed Felon of Mighty Misdomeanor Motors" segment. You have to watch it a couple of times to pick up everything he says. It is laugh out loud funny.
