My old WRX wagon, had a rally car turbo and all the bolt ones. Made 400HP crank, was able to spin up all four wheels off the light. Upset a lot of people with it, great troll car, including a new BMW M4 while I had a mattress strapped to the roof. Back then not much can keep up with it, even out ran a Ferrari 360. Plus it was great shopping trolley. Think sleepers and performance are time (era) specific. Some absolutely crazy builds I used to see at WSID Wednesday drags, simply could not pic them out at all. Taking old 70s, 80s sedans with venetian rear blinds, look stock but under the hood anything but. Holden Gemini builds were popular, looks like grand dad Sunday car but pulls low 11s even high 10s.
