Yamonda your time is "moving on" as you say but I can't think of a better way than seeing some of the country with a caravan . I envy my old mates who are passing through Broome with Caravan as we speak. I had the choice of Caravan or Classic car and chose the latter, but no regrets. I'm a bit long in the tooth to tow a van on my own. I had a good chat with a Motorcycle cop at Maccas one morning, and I happened to mention that I hardly ever see Motorcycle Police these days. He explained that the bikes have their purpose but when it comes to apprehending "baddies" (his words) it is not possible to put them on pillion and take them in. That's where Pursuit Cars come in . It's funny, I met two other Police at different times, one who had a '69 Camaro, and Police lady named Sue who has a '68 Camaro. On one occasion when I had my Blue '67 Stang I parked it at McDonalds between two Police cars and as I walked past the group having their breakfast I said jokingly to a young constable, "My car should be safe parked between two Police vehicles ?" And the big Sergeant said "I might knock it off !" That was sooo funny . I took photos of Blue '67 and my current little red ride between Police vehicles. Happy fishing Dave.
