Here's that photo of the imp at Bathurst I promised to try to put up here, I hope you like it.. One of the kids can drive these things better than I can, although I'm a little worried it might be clipped, & thus of reduced interest. I am driving the Imp, & Spencer martin, future gold star winner is in the Viva. If it's all there, you can see the Imps front wheel way off the ground, but the car is still beautifully balanced. The Viva has the back wheel bouncing on & off the road, not too good for traction out of corners. After seeing this, no one would chose to drive a Viva, but they can't be as bad as they look, as none crashed. The Imp was the best handling car on the track that day, much quicker down the esses than anything else, but that little engine did not like climbing the hill. We lost about 250 yards on the Vivas on the climb up mountain straight, & could only get 200 yards back around the circuit.
