Friends in Houston owned this '79 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham and even though it was 20 years old, it was glorious in it's own homeland. Equally, his '55 Fleetwood, being the monster it was, was simply fabulous after all that time and to get back into a miserable little Chevy badged Corsica rental brought me back to thinking how the mighty have fallen and that end of an era of optimism was over. I think the '55 is the biggest vehicle other than a truck I have driven.
